Join IMC Launchpad, an exclusive 3-day program designed for forward-thinking students graduating in 2027 and beyond. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career and gain an insight into Trading and Engineering at IMC.
Dates are not yet finalised for 2025, although the program will take place in-person at our Sydney office in late September, early October.
Why Launchpad?

• Intensive learning experience: apply maths, probability, and complex problem-solving skills to real-world challenges. Develop trading strategies using our cutting-edge in-house trading simulation, translating theory into practice.

Your Skills and Experience:

• An academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• A minimum high distinction average.
• Studying at an Australian or New Zealand university.

Please note for those based outside of Sydney, flights and accommodation will be provided. The program is fully catered with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided.
