This position is located at Tower Barracks Army Lodging in Grafenwoehr/Germany.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to work rotating shift to included evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must meet physical requirement of position such as walking on hard surfaces with some bending, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of items or carts up to and occasionally over 50 pounds.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2. Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Qualifications
Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision.
Ability to maintain tools and equipment.
Ability to keep areas neat and clean and in order.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Must have knowledge of loading capacities of laundry machines.
Must be able to troubleshoot, make adjustment, and perform minor maintenance of equipment.
Must have the ability to follow instructions and read signs.
Must have basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment.
Education
This position does not have an education requirement.

- The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is within the commuting area of Grafenwoehr. The surrounding/commuting area is within approximately 100 miles and includes the communities of Ansbach, Hohenfels, and Vilseck (Military Spouse Preference (MSP), Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) and Family Member Preference eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)

- All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
