Job Description
We are searching for an experienced advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position. As a Law Firm Growth Advisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships between our law firm clients and our client’s representatives.
As a Law Firm Growth Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide individual coaching and maintain regular communication to ensure progress toward the assigned client attorneys' goals. You will offer guidance, support, and advice on various business-related topics. You will focus on enhancing the relationship between the attorney or paralegal and their representative, ensuring a seamless and productive partnership, and helping law firm owners delegate better.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly or monthly strategic check-in calls to guide attorneys in making informed decisions about their practices.
- Respond promptly to client phone calls and emails, maintaining a commitment to a 12-hour response time during the work week.
- Keep detailed notes in the CRM, documenting client interactions, client progress, issues, and advice provided.
- Provide regular progress reports on assigned clients to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead, facilitate, or participate in group conference calls/webinars as requested, contributing to the overall growth and development of our law firm clients.
Requirements
- Law degree preferred or hands-on experience working with US based law firms.
- Minimum of five years of corporate or executive leadership experience.
- Practical, hands-on experience with the startup, management, and growth of a small business, preferably in the legal industry.
- Demonstrable ability to guide individuals in accomplishing challenging goals.
- Experience in systemizing business processes such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Staff Management, Metrics, or Finance.
- MBA, Project Management Certifications or JD qualifications would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently.
