How will you make an impact?
The LCMS Sales Specialist will be responsible for Sales of LCMS in assigned accounts and markets and support strategic growth of region in the Mass Spec Division. The position will require frequent interaction with various groups within the company, including Product Specialist, Field Application team, Application team, Service team keeping customer in focus. This position will be reporting to the BTM-Region.
What will you do? 

  • Work closely with customers to close deals.

  • Proactive approach on opportunity to build positive relationship with customers.

  • Must be technically strong to convince customers and bring the business based on workflow solutions. Right commercials and focus to win the deal is the key to this role.

  • Have to be with the customer during his buying journey and to provide strong customer experience for repeat buying.

  • Build new opportunity by demand generation and work with Marketing/PS division to implement the strategy.

  • Strong strive to Pharma and assigned market to increase market share.

  • Need to conduct Account seminars, Marketing seminars on LCMS.

Qualifications

How will you get here?

  • M.Sc/Ph.D. degree in Science(chemistry, biology or related discipline), (Management degree will be added advantage)

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience on LCMS.

  • Strong market and competition knowledge

  • Strong communication skill

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • High comfort level of interacting, discussing, and making pitches to internal/external customers

  • Ability to travel 75%
