The Lead Information Security Analyst - Cybersecurity Content Strategist will align to Cybersecurity's Awareness and Training team and will focus on supporting the creation and publication of client and associate-facing cybersecurity content in support of TIAA's efforts to help clients understand the full breadth of TIAA's cybersecurity program and associated thought leadership. These requests may include, but are not limited to, cybersecurity thought leadership pieces, drafts for cybersecurity articles, associate-facing emails, cybersecurity infographics, and public-facing content on TIAA.org.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the process of creative ideation for new associate and customer-facing cybersecurity content (articles, insights, presentations, etc.)
  • Engage with cybersecurity and marketing leaders to draft and iterate new and existing content (uplift existing content where needed)
  • Manage and track content completion to ensure timely and regular delivery. Manage timelines with stakeholders, as needed.
  • Support any related content creation process improvements including, but not limited to, implementing automation, uplifting Standard Operating Procedures, and enhancing metrics and reporting.
  • Support the creation of monthly metrics to report to Cybersecurity Leadership (content delivered, response rate, etc.)
  • When needed, support client-facing responses to inquiries (Due Diligence questionnaires, Requests for Proposals (RFPs))

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • 5+ years experience authoring thought leadership content such as articles and/or whitepapers; preferably on technical topics
  • 3+ years working with cybersecurity concepts, industry and terminology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience liaising between technical and business resources
  • Ability to prioritize across numerous demands
  • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to proactively facilitate review and approval processes across various business functions
  • Superior written, creative, and verbal communication skills
  • Agile and/or Kanban experience
  • Self-starter and team player

Base Pay Range: $101,800/yr. - $169,700/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
