L&D Marketing PR Specialist

We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Specialist with PR and educational platform promotion experience. You'll be part of a creative team developing Sigma Software University. Understanding the IT industry would be a plus. 
 

Our ideal candidate is a mature specialist with a systematic approach, dedication, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. We are seeking someone who takes the initiative and drives the project forward, rather than just performing tasks. 
 

You'll join a skilled team of PR, marketing, and Learning & Development experts who create and promote educational products for both Ukrainian and international markets.

• Contribute to building a marketing/PR strategy for Sigma Software University's numerous products 
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract clients 
• Identify the target audience, its segments, and needs; formulate a communication strategy with the audience 
• Implement a media plan for communication with the target audience, create and implement PR/Marketing campaigns for promo of Sigma Software University's products 
• Work with opinion leaders, trusted media resources, and IT communities 
• Gather and present B2B clients’ testimonials on the website and social media 
• Manage key performance indicators of campaigns and develop a loyalty program 

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position 
• Solid understanding of the IT education and training industry, including its trends, target audience, competitors, and regulatory requirements 
• Good knowledge of copywriting, remarketing, Google Ads & Analytics principles, including creating compelling content for websites, social media, emails, and other marketing materials 
• Knowledge of different marketing tools and channels, ability to choose the right ones 
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition 
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools 
• Excellent writing skills 
• Advanced Ukrainian level 
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher 
• Creative thinking is a must 
• Ability to be adaptive to changing company needs with superior problem-solving skills 
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and able to multitask on a variety of different projects 

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Prior experience working in PR, including experience with event management, content writing, work with media and influencers, etc. 
• Knowledge of IT and educational platforms 
• A network of connections with local community leaders and influencers
