About the role
Rokt is looking for a Program Manager to partner with our Rokt’stars in helping scale our Learning & Development efforts. We're looking for a L&D champion who brings vision paired with strong execution, who has excellent attention to detail and passion for tracking the details of program architecture, design and ongoing program management.
Responsibilities
- Design the architecture of School of Rokt (our proprietary curriculum) including defining learning paths, identifying ‘must know’ content, and the timing of delivery to maximize knowledge impact and retention
- Identify the appropriate learning management system for Rokt based on the business needs
- Ensure all our learning programs are up-to-date on a regular basis
- Formalize a structured approach to content creation and curation for each persona
- Write communications, plans, and draft other internal content related to employee learning
- Coordinate and manage a cohesive experience for learners from the moment they sign up for a program through post-training follow up
- Maximize engagement for learners from proposal to post-workshop communication, including scheduling and attendance tracking
- Understand the client, key stakeholders, their goals to help guide the progression of the learning throughout the team and organization
- Measure results, collect feedback and distill insights from our program systematically to improve the execution and overall experience
- Define, measure, and communicate learning success metrics per team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years demonstrated ability coordinating Learning & Development programs and project/program management (planning and implementing programs/processes across a diverse organization)
- Experience helping businesses identify, assess, prioritize and developing relevant solutions for business learning needs and objectives.
- Strong project management and time management skills required. Desire to both conceptualize and run detailed execution of sophisticated programs and initiatives. Proficient in all phases of project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
- Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization, and across regional and global teams. Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Proactively builds relationships and can navigate complexities of a matrix and global organization.
- Knowledge of the development/learning/talent space, understanding of how people develop, and experience using/evaluating various learning modalities preferred.
