The Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager will lead the design and execution of IMC Chicago's learning approach. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR business partners (HRBPs) to understand business strategy and key learning and development needs. Through your leadership, you will collaboratively develop and manage a portfolio of learning programs to address gaps and build future capability. You will play an integral role in delivering learning programs that are largely custom to IMC, practical, repeatable, and sustainable. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about growing our people and ensuring our programs are consistently well-received across the organization.
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of curricula that brings IMC's strategy and our vision for talent development to life
- Own, optimize, and manage the operations of our L&D programs, including needs analysis, resource allocation, delivery, communications, evaluation, reporting, content evolution, and vendor relationships
- Create the annual L&D plan to execute the curriculum strategy for the Chicago office and bring value to the business. Actively manage the annual spend
- Guide the work and career development of the Learning and Development Coordinator
- Oversee the analysis of learner feedback and other data to promote continuous improvement of programs, consistently moving development to the next level
- Execute with strong project management skills, including monitoring work plans and managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, keeping key people informed, and escalating as needed
- Ensure policies, programs, and guidelines are followed and manage exceptions and escalations
- Contribute to additional HR and IMC initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Established track record for taking a consultative approach to designing and delivering learning programs with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs
- Significant program management experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with tight timelines
- Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, concisely and with impact, understanding what is relevant versus what isn't
- Understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methods, delivery recommendations, and communications to entice participation in programs
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between complex issues, data, and outcomes
- Ability to produce quality deliverables:
- Aggregate data, complete analysis, and display results visually
- Translate data into insights and tell a clear, concise, and compelling story tailored to your audience; make clear and easily actionable asks
- Create clear, concise, professional written communications with a user-friendly layout that readers can follow
