Are you passionate about working with smart people, solving problems, and seeing your hard work come to life? Adage is looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join our growing team.
As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be building highly customized ecommerce and CMS web applications that connect our clients with their audiences in more meaningful ways. As part of a scrum team, you'll develop projects through the entire SDLC- gathering requirements, estimating tasks and delivering work each sprint. We work in C# and .NET, and our current JavaScript framework of choice is React, but expect to stay up to date with latest versions and newest technologies. Each project gives you the chance to solve unique business problems for our clients, interacting with them directly to create the best solution.
To be considered for this remote role, you must be based in the US.
What you'll be doing:

• Developing complex web applications and dynamic components of web and ecommerce sites utilizing ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, and MVC
• Enhancing application features using client-side technologies like React.js Angular.js, and Ajax
• Designing architecture to meet client's expectations based on best practices and coding standards
• Collaborating closely with your team and clients to solve their technical challenges
• Iterating on and maintaining your team's web applications post-launch
• Sharing knowledge with your team and always be willing to lend a helping hand
• Constantly improving your own skills and showing enthusiasm in your hard work
• Mentoring other developers on best practices and procedures to help them grow

We want someone who:

• Has significant experience developing ASP.NET applications (5+ years)
• Has significant experience coding in C# (5+ years)
• Has experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably React or Angular
• Is capable of planning and developing projects start to finish
• Has experience working with and building APIs
• Enjoys problem solving and has a desire to work with clients
• Is able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Is extremely organized and proactive to be able to work on multiple projects at a time
• Has experience with estimating tasks, features, and projects
• Has an excellent fundamental understanding of programming concepts and methods
• Is passionate about their work, motivated to learn and constantly looking to improve
