Lead Acquisition Specialist – Full-Time | Onsite in Horsham, PA Winter Walking, a leading manufacturer of traction aids that help prevent workplace slips and falls, is seeking a results-driven Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this high-impact role, your primary mission will be to generate high-quality leads through a wide array of marketing strategies—from SEO and paid search to PR and innovative campaigns. You’ll have the freedom to bring your best ideas forward, experiment, and scale the tactics that work. What You’ll Do: • Develop and lead top-of-funnel marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive consistent, high-quality leads. • Launch and manage digital campaigns using SEO, SEM, PPC, remarketing, and social media platforms. • Identify and evaluate lead sources including purchased lists, media buys, sales intelligence tools, and guerilla outreach. • Create or oversee content for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and press releases to support lead generation efforts. • Analyze performance data to continually refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation. • Coordinate public relations efforts to raise brand awareness and credibility within target markets. • Stay ahead of trends in B2B lead generation and experiment with emerging platforms and technologies. What You Bring: • Minimum 5 years of experience driving qualified leads through paid digital channels (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads). • Hands-on expertise in SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization. • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM integration. • Strong copywriting or content strategy sensibilities, especially for conversion-focused materials. • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to testing and optimization. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Prior agency experience or B2B lead generation in an industrial or safety-focused environment is a plus.
