ABOUT THE POSITION

The Lead Admin will be responsible for supporting Vice President and business development managers in areas such as order taking shows; seasonal GTM presentations and calendar creation and management.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Provide high level clerical support for executive(s) such as prioritizing scheduled events, travel, managing confidential work and providing support for all internal presentations with research and cross-department collection.
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings (large and small) events, managing everything from attendees, facilities, equipment needs, catering, etc. and partner with the global event team.
  • Organize shipping materials to regional events, samples to distributors, and photographic studio with all relevant documentation.
  • Manage all touchpoints of travel from hotel and flight to visa requirements and sensitive personal information.
  • Create go-to-market seasonal/yearly calendar by working cross functionally to ensure alignment with main calendar prior to VP presentation for approval. Creates SOP for every main seasonal event by liaising with cross-functional partners to ensure all processes are understood and outlined.
  • Build presentations to be used in front of leadership, customers and external partners, accommodating the needs of diverse global customers.

YOU HAVE
  • 3+ years of professional experience within an administrative, global sales, event planning or similar function. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience scheduling across global time zones, highly attuned to cultural differences and needs
  • Proficient in MS Office; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
