SharePoint L3 JD
Should have 10+ Years of Admin Support experience in SharePoint On-Premises (SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, MOSS 2007) and SharePoint Online
Should have hands on experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate developments or enhancements
Minimum 5 years of Lead experience in SharePoint Admin Support
Performing maintenance of the SharePoint OnPrem platform, servers, and intranet portals
Providing Support for SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and end-user training
Provide estimates for enhancements or developments of SPO with Power apps and Power Automate
Proactive automation of solutions to recurring issues while support
Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions
Experience in Service Now tool usage, shift roster planning
Customer communications, weekly reports, presentations to stake holders as necessary
Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss
Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data
Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences
Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades as necessary
Knowledge or experience on SPFx, Unix, Oracle database is desirable
Knowledge or experience on O365 licensing support and applications - MS Forms, OneDrive for Business etc.
