Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex L3 escalations related to NetScaler configurations, including load balancing, SSL offloading, and VPN settings.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to optimize the NetScaler infrastructure, ensuring both high performance and robust security standards are met.
- Continuously monitor and fine-tune NetScaler devices to maintain optimal performance, ensuring high availability and scalability in the environment.
- Design, implement, and manage load balancing configurations for critical applications, utilizing both Layer 4 and Layer 7 technologies.
- Streamline tasks and configuration processes by leveraging automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or the NetScaler NITRO API.
- Oversee security-related tasks such as managing and configuring SSL certificates, performing SSL offloading, and securing remote access through NetScaler Gateway.
- Plan and implement upgrades and patches for both software and firmware, handling the complete lifecycle management of the NetScaler platform.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation of all NetScaler configurations, including network diagrams and associated processes.
- Set up and maintain monitoring solutions to track performance and availability metrics, ensuring any potential issues are identified and addressed proactively.
- Ensure the NetScaler environment is properly configured for disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, including network, server, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the NetScaler platform.
