Lead Analyst Business Testing (Hybrid)

Job Description

This role will support program logistics and coordination with the business to ensure they are aligned to drive the end-to-end testing preparation and execution. This role will also support driving operational efficiencies across releases to meet our deliverables, ensure understanding of the processes and facilitate close collaboration between the business, division/Center or Excellence (COE), and all other functions during testing.

What you will do:

• You will engage closely with division/COEs for testing needs within System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Live Site UAT, and Day in the Life (DITL)
• Partake and help to lead certain business and division/COEs testing & readiness activities including, but not limited to, scenario scoping, schedule planning, tester readiness, data readiness, key metrics, and reporting on prep & execution progress
• Drive and help to facilitate the Golden Data Set process from end to end partnering with Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE), Functional leads, BPIL's and the division/COEs. This includes, but is not limited to, data identification, data true-up, and data flow from core SAP to global applications.
• Responsible for escalating business concerns and roadblocks to testing leadership
• Collaborate closely with the BPIL's and the division/COEs to be a point of contact with the testing team to ensure readiness as well as resolving questions, actions, general improvement and ensuring division COE engagement to take the lead in UAT
• Ensure close partnership with IT/Functional/Data teams to serve as a liaison between the program and division/COEs to ensure on-time and quality testing
• Ensure collaboration with partners in the end-to-end testing process inclusive of global applications, TCS, TCOE, business, and division/COEs driving a cohesive approach
• Improve testing processes by leveraging lessons learned to improve the efficiencies by identifying opportunities and implementing them in collaboration with peers and key stakeholders

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years additional related work experience
• 4+ years of related work experience
• Experience in SAP preferred (or other major ERP)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specialized in PowerPoint, Smartsheet and MS Project
• System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Live Site UAT, and Day in the Life (DITL) preferred
