Job Title : Project Manager, Client Implementations

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Directly responsible for client facing project management of implementation of complex cash management solutions, products and services supported by Treasury Services' Data Translation Services and Check Issuance applications to a global client base
  • Responsible for project management of internal BNY Mellon teams to coordinate and ensure execution of project plan tasks and escalating projects risks to management as appropriate
  • Provides consultative support to clients to offer the best cash management solution for client migration from existing operating platform to BNY Mellon Treasury Services.
  • May participate in the sales process by preparing RFP responses, giving sales presentations, or joining sales meetings.
  • No direct reports.
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
  • Responsible for complex, mature and/or global client implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in client-facing or project management roles preferred.
  • Experience with any data translation application and the following industry formats is preferred: ISO 20022, EDI X12.
