Lead Analyst, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/Know Your Client
Job Description
Client-facing position in Asset Conversions. Work with entire client base to prepare for upcoming asset transitions, including: onboarding, offboarding, internal and in-kind transfers, manager fire/hire events, mergers & acquisitions, and sub-custodian changes. Assist client with bank directive (Asset Reallocation Form), ensure daily deadlines are met, manage conversion risk by adhering to standard operation procedures, field client and investment manager questions before, during, and after conversion.
Coordinate conversion process with all functional partners, including: Clients, Investment Managers, Project Managers, Service Directors, Custody Client Service, Account Activation, US Investment Manager Package Team, and Separate Account Administration. Maintain a book of dedicated clients and support clients independently on their daily asset conversion needs. Support randomly assigned client conversions based daily workflow. Support management by reporting conversion metrics and suggesting process improvements. Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. No direct reports.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in securities, financial services or client-facing or project management roles preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
