We’re looking for a highly a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to join our global fintech team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management and will excel at synthesizing and presenting complex risk data. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in reporting and information visualization, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to strengthen risk awareness and alignment within the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, familiarity with risk management tools, and a passion for driving a culture of informed risk-taking within a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment.

For this role you are also: 

• Facilitate enterprise-wide and product-specific risk assessments to identify and evaluate key risks impacting the organization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the ERM framework, policies, and procedures to strengthen risk management practices.
• Prepare and deliver risk reports, including dashboards and heat maps, for senior management and Board review.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support a strong risk culture and awareness across the organization.
• Contribute to risk-related initiatives, including capital model, insurance management, scenario analysis, stress testing, and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Legal teams on enterprise risk initiatives and alignment of best practices.
• Assist in the evaluation, selection, and ongoing management of corporate insurance policies, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite and regulatory requirements, including conduct thorough analysis of insurance claims, identifying patterns and recommending adjustments to coverage as necessary.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments on potential mergers and acquisitions, focusing on risk areas, including collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate target companies’ risk exposures and support the integration of risk management practices post-acquisition.
• Prepare marketplace risk assessments, risk-reward trade off.
• Support the identification, monitoring, and reporting of key risk indicators and emerging risks
• Ad-hoc responsibilities as required by management and the RC of the Board.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus but not required.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in risk management, enterprise risk, or a related area within the fintech, financial services, or technology industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in risk assessment methodologies, risk reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in using risk management and reporting tools; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and a strong interest in the fintech sector.
