Lead Analyst II

Job Description

Applications Software Technology LLC in Lisle, Illinois is looking for Lead Analysts II. Qualified candidates will be building Project Charters using Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise One, FDA, TDA, RDA, NER, Interfaces, CafeOne, UDOs and SQL , with optimum ROI for management buy-in and approval; Developing an iterative Project Plan based on time, budget, agreed scope, and optimistic risk; Overseeing projects designed to implement application solutions as per client business requirements in various modules such as finance, manufacturing, sales, procurement, and distribution.; Using Waterfall and Agile methodology as per the projects' needs; Analyzing and optimizing integrations of bolt-on applications with JD Edwards; Developing, defining, and implementing organizational goals, policies, procedures, standards, project budget, plans, strategies, priorities, and timelines, and coordinating project tasks and daily operations; Evaluating business data and operations to assess project feasibility and gather requirements from legacy information systems to recommend solutions for development; Leading efforts to support and enhance business processes and functions; Assisting Business Analysts in analyzing existing systems, user requirements, and business processes required for functional specifications utilized to design new developments; Translating and mapping business requirements into the EnterpriseOne system and designing and configuring custom modifications for the development team. Coordinating with the software engineers to design and implement business process improvement strategies; Preparing and reviewing operational reports, project progress, and business transactions to design and recommend solutions for development; Understanding the implementation and upgrading methodology and ensure procedures are followed; Leading the testing cycles following solution development including CRP, iCRP, and UAT testing; Providing application support and design enhancements once solutions are implemented.

Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering and one year's experience in position or one year's experience in IT or Business Analysis field (or Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering and five years' experience in position or five years' experience in IT or Business Analysis field).

Special requirements: Experience with Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise One, FDA, TDA, RDA, NER, Interfaces, CafeOne, UDOs and SQL. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the US. Telecommuting permitted.
