As the Lead Pricing Analyst, you will work with our Sales and Engineering leads to understand operational requirements, determine pricing strategies and apply to new business opportunities as well as existing client pricing. If you're looking for an outstanding growth opportunity, join us at XPO.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Perform detailed cost and revenue analysis based on input from several departments including Sales, Engineering, Operations, IT etc.
• Oversee and manage pricing analysts; provide training and guidance on cost and pricing analysis and review pricing models
• Help determine staffing requirements for various projects
• Review financial summaries for projects and provide guidance on acceptable financial metrics and pricing strategies
• Interpret analysis output for sales presentations to buyers; assist Sales team with negotiation preparation
• Conduct analyses under different pricing scenarios to compare net results
• Collaborate with Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 4 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis
• Experience with data mining using business intelligence software
• Experience with SQL and statistical packages

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance
• Master's degree

Employees are paid within a salary range based on their experience, skill set, and market.

Colorado annual salary range: $93,826 to $117,282

New York annual salary range: $98,293 to $122,867

California annual salary range: $102,761 to $128,452

Washington State annual salary range: $98,293 to $122,867

Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role).
