We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Digital Products to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a hybrid position.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• As a fan of all things data, you thrive on using information of all types - spreadsheets, documents, slides - to assess products, teams, organizations in order to tell powerful stories.
• As a product analyst, you provide quick, data-driven analyses, product architectures, user stories and requirements, client journey maps, business models, product pricing, process diagrams, profitability reviews, prioritization assessments, capital planning documents, and in-depth assessments of market, competition, and regulatory landscapes.
• As a key member of the broader digital products team, you support more experienced colleagues in their initiatives. Our collective focus on growth and profitability means that you will spend a lot of time building relationships with team members, Sales & Relationship Management, Client Services, Operations, and others across the company.
• As a documentation superstar, you enjoy detailing the nuts-and-bolts of a product with clarity and look forward to coordinating approvals with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other partners. You know how to distill information into poignant slides for use by senior leadership.
• As a lifelong learner, you are hungry to learn about Issuers, Asset Managers, Asset Owners, and Market Movers. Preferably, you have some knowledge of Corporate Trust. But we welcome the right combination in areas like Government Technology, Insurance and Reinsurance, Collateral Trusts, Private Credit, Private Assets, Tokenization, etc.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in Government technology and operations, Insurance and Reinsurance, Corporate Trust preferred.
• Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred. MBA or CFA preferred.
• Product Leadership Certification or Agile & Project Management Certification preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
