Job Description

The KYC Change governance team will be responsible for governing and executing all change requests (Tech/Policy/Regulatory/Operational) pertaining to KYC end to end across the enterprise. This function will cover KYC, Screening, Contracts & Document Management as well as Account Activity reviews. The team will govern the entire change lifecycle from intake through execution/operational readiness.

This candidate for this role will be a key member of the team responsible for leading projects and initiatives as part of larger program changes. The candidate will largely have to work closely with operational, compliance and technology partners to execute change. The candidate hired for this role will be expected to:

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 3-5 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills required
