  • Perform detailed spend analysis to identify savings opportunities, category trends, and procurement inefficiencies across global operations.
  • Lead RFx processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), including supplier identification, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
  • Support contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliant and optimized commercial terms.
  • Manage order workflows, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely execution across the quote-to-order lifecycle.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead business reviews, and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Support reporting, forecasting, and annual planning activities including territory, segmentation, and pipeline analysis.
  • Drive process improvements across procurement and sourcing systems, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
  • Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in strategic sourcing or procurement analytics, along with a solid understanding of enterprise-scale purchasing processes. You should have:

    • 10–15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics within a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong expertise in spend analysis, vendor management, and end-to-end RFx lifecycle execution.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP or eSourcing platforms.
    • Solid understanding of SaaS or enterprise procurement metrics and financial modeling concepts.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to present to leadership.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (certifications such as CPSM or MCIPS are a plus).
    • Benefits

      • Competitive salary aligned with experience and industry benchmarks
      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility
      • Opportunity to work in a global, high-impact procurement organization
      • Exposure to strategic sourcing, analytics, and enterprise transformation initiatives
      • Learning and development support to enhance professional growth
      • Collaborative, cross-functional work culture
