This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, digital strategy, and client consulting, focusing on delivering high-impact insights through Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating complex business challenges into structured, data-driven solutions. Working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment, you will engage with marketing leaders, data teams, and stakeholders to shape measurement strategies and optimize digital experiences. The position emphasizes strategic thinking over ticket-based execution, with a strong focus on storytelling, experimentation, and business impact. You will design dashboards, guide analytics implementations, and help clients unlock value from their customer data ecosystems. Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead end-to-end analytics consulting engagements, helping clients define measurement strategies and translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions. You will design and deliver insights using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, ensuring data is structured to support meaningful decision-making.
- Lead analytics projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous client requirements into structured analytics and reporting solutions.
- Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insights using Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
- Analyze user behavior and experimentation results, including Adobe Target testing and optimization programs.
- Deliver client training, enablement sessions, and best-practice documentation.
- Ensure data quality and governance principles are embedded across analytics implementations.
- Communicate insights clearly and adapt messaging for both technical and business audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics consulting or agency environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics implementation and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with Adobe Target or Adobe Experience Platform solutions is a strong plus.
- Ability to design dashboards, interpret data, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications in Adobe Analytics or CJA are considered an asset.
