Lead Android Developer

• Design, build, and maintain Android applications

• Address technical issues through research, investigation, and resolution

• Lead code and product design discussions

• Estimate, plan, and oversee project execution to meet deadlines

• Manage and mentor a team of mobile software engineers, ensuring the success of the team's projects and aligning with the organization's goals

• Provide technical guidance in selecting the most suitable frameworks and practices

• Continuously explore, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to optimize development efficiency

We look for:

• 5 years experience developing Android applications

• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.

• Deep understanding of the Android OS, including development tools like Android Studio, ADB and Gradle.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Eager to learn new technologies and gain practical skills

• Strong written and spoken English communication abilities

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Proven problem-solving and leadership skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Linux/UNIX operating system

• Prior leadership role in Android development teams

• Experience with network programming, OOP, and design patterns

• Knowledge of the C++ programming language.
