Lead Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management applications to meet client requirements.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management modules.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand their order and subscription management processes and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Oracle Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management.

• Strong understanding of order management and subscription management processes and principles.

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion modules related to Order Management and Subscription Management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Oracle certification in Fusion Order Management or Subscription Management is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and CPQ,CRM

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related integration tools

• M&A experience and Tech industry experience is a plus 

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $132,737-$165,921 CA generally ranges; $138,509-$173,136 All other locations fall under our General State range; $115,423-$144,279 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
