Job Title:Lead Architect I - IT Global Operations

Summary:In this role, the candidate will be Leading Technical projects for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft Exchange, , Microsoft Teams, and office 365. Provide high level support to end users to quickly identify and resolve key issues as well as focus on projects and admin and security tasks that require an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, teams, Azure and Domain functionality including Office 365 Administration. This position also provides training and support for Level 1/2 Administrators. This position encompasses but is not limited to designing new framework for cloud and on prim security. Additional focus on Automation and simplification of our operational and security tasks in alignment with digital strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

• Architecting Microsoft secure Azure Solutions across multiple technologies such as Microsoft, office 365, MS SQL, SAP, Custom apps, etc.
• Lead the implementations of all Azure projects and integrations globally.
• Manage vendors and contractors for technical delivery of Microsoft projects.
• Develop and implement Cloud/SaaS security frameworks.
• Automate security and operational processes for Global IT to reduce manual efforts.
• Design and collaborate on Azure architecture with other teams.
• Optimize cloud billing and costs pre- and post-migration.
• Optimize the license usage of Office 365 Products.s
• Upskill team members for future self-sufficiency in On Prim AD, Office 365, Security and Azure tech.
• Monitor and report on new security implementations and collaborate with 3rd party vendors.
• Support in 24*7 model and different shifts
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• 10+ years of Microsoft Active Directory and cloud experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Azure AD Proxy, SAML, and Active Directory Domain Services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Operational and Monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Source Control, ARM templates, JSON, Bash, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service products such as Azure SQL, WebApps, AppServices, Azure App Service Fabric, App Service Environment, and Logic apps.
• Experience with deployment orchestration and configuration management tools (Azure DevOps).
• Expertise with Office 365 products such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux/VMware environments.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to VMware, ESXi, vSphere.
• Performing vMotion, VMware virtual center, and SSO configurations.
• Conducting root cause analysis and addressing underlying issues.
• Possessing exceptional knowledge of x86 servers from vendors like Dell and Cisco.
• Proficiency in Windows server administration and troubleshooting.
• Displaying advanced working knowledge of storage technologies such as RAIDs, Fiber Channel, and iSCSI.
• Expertise with Endpoint Management & Security products such as Intune, Azure Rights Management, and Cloud App Security.
