Responsibilities
- Spearhead the automation strategy and oversee the implementation of testing frameworks for commerce sites
- Detect, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies within the site
- Craft, develop, and sustain automated test scripts
- Conduct GUI testing to ensure both visual and functional integrity
- Perform regression testing to identify recurring issues and confirm that new updates do not disrupt existing functionalities
- Employ Mobitru for targeted mobile testing and enhancements
- Execute comprehensive web service and API test automation
- Create and manage automation scripts using TypeScript
- Develop automated tests for applications built with Flutter, focusing on user interface
- Work in close collaboration with development teams to refine product design based on testing insights
- Regularly update testing protocols to reflect software updates and modifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automation Tester
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role managing teams
- Expertise in GUI testing to optimize user interfaces
- Proficient in utilizing Mobitru for extensive mobile testing
- Adept at conducting regression testing to maintain software integrity
- Skilled in the use of test automation tools to enhance testing efficiency
- Experienced in scripting with TypeScript for automated tests
- Proficient in web service and API test automation for backend assessments
- Knowledgeable in developing and testing Flutter-based applications
- Fluent in English with superior communication skills, at least at a B2 level
- Experience with exploratory testing to identify elusive issues
- Capability to analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports
- In-depth understanding of testing fundamentals to inform strategic testing approaches
- Experience with additional web service and API testing for thorough coverage
