Lead BCBA- Stratford
Job Description
- Supports and supervises a team of Behavior Analysts
- Holds reduced caseload
- Supports and supervises RBTs, BCaBA and/or BCBA candidates
- Oversees implementation of evidence-based practices as assessed and prescribed by their clinical team
- Monitors, verifies, and documents staff adherence to plan (i.e., SWPBS, BIP) implementation and the overall success of plans
- Monitors and analyzes and supports decision making using a variety of data collection procedures
- Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire’s standards, best practice standards, and regulatory standards are met
- Stays current with trends, regulations and requirements in the field and ensures that best practices are implemented
- Provide quality and ethical supervision within their area of expertise to a team of Behavior Analysts, and also to those pursuing certification/licensure in their field
- Assist the Clinical Supervisor with maintenance and improvement in evidence-based supervision, staff training and on-going feedback delivery
- Communicate effectively with allmembers of the leadership team to employ Aspire’s Mission, Vision and Core Values in the school setting
- Initiate and facilitate collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., SLP, OT, PT, School Psychologist and Behavior Analysts) and client stakeholders
- Holds at least Master’s Degree and current licensure in respective field (e.g., BCBA, psychology, school psychology)
- Meets standardized requirements and supervisory experience for certified/licensed field
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, computer and communication skills
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
