DIRECTV is seeking a Lead Benefits Consultant. The primary responsibility of this role is the overall project management of an assigned benefit specialty (Health & Welfare, Retirement plans, Wellness, Labor Support, or International), the day-to-day management of that specialty and any related benefits vendor(s), including working with Supply Chain to achieve contract agreement and signature, working across all internal teams needed to launch the program successfully, and for the assigned on-going vendor management: oversight of on-going contractual compliance and performance against contract PGs, review with vendor of annual design changes to insure proper inclusion, and Annual Enrollment system testing and communications review. In addition, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a team environment across the various benefit disciplines, and be able to present to, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
What you'll be doing: In addition to the above, this role includes vendor contract renewal and PG negotiations, vendor assessment/evaluations, and ensuring the vendor remains compliant with all data security and government/legal updates.
What you will need:

• Typically, a Bachelor of Arts degree, Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
