Lead Business Analyst

• 10+ years of telecom billing industry experience with advanced knowledge of the telecommunications sector with expertise in the billing domain area
• Telco and/or cable industry CRM domain knowledge and experience
• Business process modeling and user interface/human factors engineering skills
• In-depth understanding of customer needs and the broad impact changes in business environment and industry trends
• Strong understanding of client's industry (wire line, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre/post-paid business models, financial, revenue management)
• Specialized knowledge in the areas of billing, customer relationship management, application integration and billing product design
• Advanced communication skills to lead discussions and influence decisions with senior management, partners and customers
• Coaching and mentoring skills needed to support developers and testers
• Strong interpersonal skills in terms of both oral and written communication
• Ability to work within a dynamic environment highly dependent on operational efficiencies within the billing solution
