Who are you? 

We are looking for a talented and ambitious data-centric analyst to help us continue our rapid growth trajectory. This role will be on the global analytics team, working closely with our Analytical Engineering team and Senior Executives throughout the business. 

• Proficient experience in Snowflake, DBT and/or Looker
• Strong SQL skills required - Python is desirable
• Comfortable working with Data/Analytical engineers
• Previous quantitative role, with exposure to analyzing large datasets
• Proven commercial impact in previous analytical efforts
• Great communication skills including the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way to a varied audience
• Able to work autonomously and drive your own work
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment

A day in the life 

• Using your advanced analytical skills to drive 10x growth in the business across the UK/US
• Driving decision making in various facets of the business with data-driven insights
• Developing out data pipelines and create the infrastructure necessary to facilitate high quality analytical work
• Using Snowflake and DBT daily to build new databases and data warehouses/cubes when needed.
• Utilising our Analytical/Data Engineers to facilitate clean and consistent data across geographies. Ensuring embedded analysts across the business have access to the data relevant to their business unit
• Using Microsoft Excel and Looker to visualise and present findings
• Working with internal stakeholders to provide unique insights and tools for internal success
• Working with external partners to incorporate new data sets seamlessly
• Staying up to date on industry trends and support new analytics initiatives that support and contribute to business goals
• Building, managing and maintaining reporting dashboards and tools
• Assisting in Academy training for various data users across the business
