Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, UX Design, is responsible for helping the team deliver usable and actionable BI to the businesses supported by Enterprise Analytics, specifically by focusing on the user experience of that BI. As a subject matter expert in BI design, this role will lead the creation of a BI design system, manage adoption of our BI, foster a culture of user-centric design on the team, and help inform our BI application strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand how supported areas are using data, analytics and BI to help drive decisions and manage their businesses.
• Implement a BI design system to help the team deliver a more consistent user experience.
• Advise the broader BI team on best practices in data visualization and story telling.
• Work with the business to improve data acumen and help them get the most value out of the BI provided.
• Manage the adoption of our dashboards and reports.
• Stay informed of new developments in BI, data visualization and related applications, including best practices in and outside of our industry.
• Communicates with leadership on business intelligence matters to ensure enterprise-wide understanding of business intelligence capabilities.

Educational Requirements

Base Pay Range: $92,300/yr. - $128,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
