Join SADA as a CGO Lead, Business Operations!
Your MissionÂ
As a CGO Lead, Business Operations at SADA, you will work closely with all levels of management in the Customer Growth Organisation (CGO) and our corporate teams to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that make SADA’s operations more efficient and transparent. The BizOps team at SADA is a multidisciplinary team that works closely with all business units to measure, define and optimize our business processes.Â

Primary Duties Include:
- Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership of the CGO org in scaling SADA’s key processes, systems and global go to market.Â
- Lead in eliciting, identifying, and evaluating business and system requirements for our portfolio of business applications supporting CGO. Describe and document business scenarios and processes in language understandable to both technical and domain stakeholders. Â
- Facilitate business health review cadences. Work with the analytics team to develop and report timely & accurate operational metrics for CGO. Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.Â
- Own the business requirements through their full lifecycle. Ensure that requirements are: clearly documented, reviewed and approved by the business community, managed and updated under change control, and developed, tested and implemented to meet the true business needs.
- Lead end-to-end business process review and develop best in class business processes for our diverse base of user groups. Work cross functionally to define and establish standardized work instructions and operating procedures.Â
- Proactively monitor, identify and resolve ongoing day-to-day business and operational issues. Monitor and track supporting processes to ensure business reporting accuracy.
- Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Expectations
Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or formal Business Analysis training
- 5+ years experience in lead to close cycle roles in the tech industryÂ
- Minimum 3 years in requirement gathering
Required Qualifications:Â
- Strong experience gathering requirements, eliciting feedback, and developing use casesÂ
- Expertise in sales cycle data analytics, data conversion and interface design
- Demonstrated fluency in business process modeling and documentation. Experience documenting requirements using flow charts, sequence diagrams and process workflows.Â
