Description

We are hiring a Lead Business Operations Analyst to support Product, Development and Cloud with high quality analytics and insights from our Data warehouse. The role will collaborate with senior members of the team, meet with stakeholders to understand their needs, deliver insightful analytics and produce dashboards.

In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home. This hybrid position is open to any of our corporate offices in either Weston FL, Lowell Mass, Atlanta or Alpharetta in GA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the Product, Cloud and Development businesses across multiple dimensions to understand and anticipate stakeholder needs• Develop visualizations, notifications and/or alerts to drive business action, and ensure results of those actions can be measured and monitored• Drive data quality by validating data & metrics calculations, surfacing quality issues, documenting metadata, and remediating data quality issues• Participate in regular code reviews, staying current on analytics best practices, including reuse and testing• Query and transform data from multiple data sets and integrate potentially large volumes of data from a variety of sources• Work with stakeholders to understand the problem and design solutions• Be a mix of analytical, technical, and operational, but above all, a team player• Create dashboards that providing a great user experience and wow stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL• Experience with Python • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum• Experience with SaaS business models and/or tech companies• Experience with Cloud Technologies
