UKG Cloud Business Operations is hiring a Lead Business Operations Analyst to support our Product, Development, and Cloud teams. This role will produce high quality dashboards, analytics, and insights from our Data Warehouse and lead or assist with process optimizations that support reporting, KPI development or improve data quality.

This position requires a strong understanding of Cloud technologies as we work exclusively in the Cloud space.

In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home. This hybrid position is open to any of our corporate offices in either Weston FL, Lowell Mass, Atlanta, or Alpharetta GA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards that tell a story, wow stakeholders, drive decision making, and ensure objectives are measured • Generate requirements, design solutions, develop implementation plans, and lead projects from a technical and project management perspective • Develop a multi-faceted understanding of our business to anticipate stakeholder needs • Work with thought leaders to continuously improve Cloud Business Operations' strategic offerings and focus • Drive data quality by validating data & calculations, surfacing and remediating issues • Lead/Assist with process optimization efforts • Mentor members of the Cloud Business Operations team where appropriate • Query and transform data from multiple data sets and integrate large volumes of data from a variety of sources • Data Analysis, Operational tasks, but above all, a team player

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Technologies, SaaS business models and/or tech company operations • Lead level understanding of ITIL Principles, Data and Process Analysis, Power BI. • Experience with Python, Agile Project Management • Excellent communication and presentation skills, appropriate for a leadership audience
