About The Role
You will:

• Be an integral part of a growing team of talent acquisition experts, with the goal of building the best start up team
• Act as a partner and consultant to your hiring managers, advising them from intake to close
• Own full-cycle recruiting, and use data to make operational decisions that improve the process along the way
• Build diverse pipelines of candidates through strategic sourcing
• Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions

You will love this role if:

• You have full cycle recruiting experience, either at an agency or in-house
• You're a self-starter who is eager to jump in day one and get things done
• You function as a business partner to hiring managers, providing data and market intel to drive towards effective decisions together
• You understand the importance of an inclusive, structured hiring process that will reduce bias in Grow's decision making
• You're strategic, data-driven thinker, who analyzes sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process
• You're scrappy & creative thinker who will find out-of-the box ways to source top talent
• You're comfortable navigating through the inevitable ambiguity of a startup
• You have relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
