TITLE: Lead Business Solution Analyst

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES: Accurately analyze and understand stakeholder and SME requirements, then produce high quality business work products, including process workflows, business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, gap analysis and design solutioning etc. Ensure requirements are discrete and testable enabling a closed-loop QA process where each test case can trace back to each requirement. Accurately communicate requirements to cross-functional project teams, including engineering development, testing, training, and communication teams, as well as other business and IT stakeholders. Serve as main point of contact and responsible party for questions and requests for clarification or additional information from the cross-functional project teams or other stakeholders. Lead Merger and Acquisition projects representing business solution analyst team from inception of the project to delivery and post go-live support. Support diligence during project initiation to chalk out the scope of the M&A projects. Support associated training, communication, and organizational adoption and enablement efforts. Schedule and conduct requirements gathering and documentation working sessions with stakeholders and SMEs. Write and update work products. Lead collaborative sprint planning and backlog grooming efforts with systems engineering and architecture team. Troubleshoot and test to triage/fix/retest issues; perform user acceptance testing on behalf of the users. Conduct training sessions and review corporate communications on assigned projects. Lead small to medium sized projects for timely delivery as a PM/BSA. Mentoring BSA's and providing oversight for the program level deliverables submitted by other BSAs. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems. Five (5) years in any occupation with project management and business analysis experience must include: Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and SDLCs; Working with IT applications, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), SAP, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions; Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and CPQ; Working on Integration and M&A projects and business and functional areas; Experience with data visualization and data cleaning; Experience with business analysis frameworks and methodologies; Experience with project and requirements management ticket-based work request or issue tracking software such as Azure DevOps or Jira; MS Project or Smartsheets; and Experience with forms of software testing: requirements analysis, documentation, and management. ALTERNATE EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Employer will accept a Master's in Computer Science or Information Systems and three (3) years in any occupation with project management and business analysis experience. Must have skills listed above. TELECOMMTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in South Jordan, UT. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100%.

SALARY: $146,475 per year
