Lead Business Systems Analyst

- Collaborate with other BSA's to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and tasks
- Be responsible for sprint execution and delivery, overseeing the solutioning, testing and documentation of a team of System Administrators
- Own communication of sprint status, risks, blockers to teammates, stakeholders and leadership
- Serve as the primary contact with end-users to troubleshoot and triage Salesforce and other connected 3rd party application issues and questions
- Handle administrative functions and configurations including managing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, integrations and security
- Assist with daily record and data cleanup and help identify patterns to improve overall data integrity
- Monitor daily/monthly dashboards and reports to proactively identify and correct systems issues and ensure system functions are operating as expected
- Document key business systems processes and functionality to help deflect business questions and enable end users to find answers themselves
- Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud focused on declarative development tools such as Workflows, Approval processes, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder etc.
- 4+ years of experience with CPQ implementation, maintenance and support
- 3+ years of experience overseeing the execution and delivery of sprints
- Experience with Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Clari and other sales enablement platforms
- Experience with salesforce reports and dashboards
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many operating teams
- Ability to clearly document requirements, solutions and business processes
- Experience working in an agile environment and identifying task priority and level of effort
- Start-up mindset where no task is too big or too small
