WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Scrums. You'll start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You'll continue to have meetings throughout the day as you create and organize your roadmap.
• Research & Requirements. You'll document and prioritise product features. You're always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better. You'll incorporate what makes sense into your product roadmap based on our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech will have on your products.
• Relationships. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You'll collaborate across multiple teams with developers, product managers, and UX teams, to name some, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be.
• Measurement & Analysis. You'll play a pivotal role in measuring product effectiveness and reporting outcomes. From there, you will conduct structured analysis according to SDLC standards and prepare analysis documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, or other requirements documentation.

• Testing Support. You'll assist in developing functional testing requirements and ensure that AI implementations meet specified criteria.
• Collaboration. You'll partner with developers, data scientists, and business teams to operationalize generative AI solutions within ADP systems.
• Generative AI Inclusion. You'll work with business stakeholders and the technical team to identify opportunities to integrate generative AI solutions that enhance system capabilities and client experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ Years of Directly Related Experience.

Candidates with the following will be given preference:

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, AI, or Math.
• Generative AI Experience - Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and their application in business systems.
• Proficiency in Technology, Business, and Leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Relationships with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.

• Agile experience
