Lead Business Systems Analyst - CPQ & QTC

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst specializing in CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and QTC (Quote to Cash), you will play a pivotal role in the transformation of our QTC processes and the core technology we use to streamline and enable our business growth. Your focus will revolve around designing, developing, and maintaining the solutions and processes that drive our end-to-end QTC motion, from opportunity and order management to invoicing. Drawing on your deep knowledge of Salesforce, ERP and associated systems, you will collaborate closely with business partners, end-users, and management teams to streamline processes, craft technical requirements, and shape features that enhance efficiency and scalability for the teams you support. This role requires a hands-on approach to systems and data, along with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities concurrently. Your passion lies in translating complex challenges into practical, scalable, and maintainable solutions within the QTC ecosystem.

• Crafting Solutions and Capability: Innovate and propose novel approaches to configuration and system standards. Be a driving force in adopting new techniques and methods that align with evolving business needs.

• Elevate Sales, Quoting and Order Processes: Harness your extensive Salesforce and finance systems experience and specialized knowledge in CPQ to optimize our sales and revenue processes. Dive deep into Opportunity, Pricing, Contract Management, and more, enhancing Salesforce's power.

• Translating Business Needs to Technical Solutions: Demonstrate your adeptness by turning complex business requirements into practical technical solutions. Balance diverse stakeholder needs and technical proficiencies while ensuring project timelines are met.

• Integration Master: Develop and maintain a holistic view of Quote to Cash technical processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes. Seamlessly integrate processes with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring a holistic business solution.

• Technical Proficiency: Leverage hands-on experience in CPQ system configuration, user setup, testing, and technical tooling to maintain operational excellence. Assist with system configuration and user setup as needed. You may help set up fields, workflows, roles/permissions, product configuration, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: Hold a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD with 2 years of experience.
