A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a Lead Campaign Engineer do at Hogarth?

The Lead Campaign Engineer plays a critical role in leading and executing strategic marketing campaigns with a focus on automation initiatives. The professional is responsible for driving the technical aspects of campaign development, implementation, and optimization, while also overseeing talent management activities within Hogarth team.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals and engineering initiatives.
    • Utilize market research, industry trends, and data analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Technical Campaign Execution:
    • Lead the technical implementation of programmatic campaigns, including DCO production
    • Lead complementary campaign properties, like website development, landing page optimization, email marketing, and automation workflows.
    • Ensure seamless integration of campaign components with existing Hogarth’s systems and platforms.
    • Oversee the creation and deployment of marketing assets, such as HTML banners, video and interactive content.
  • Analytics and Optimization:
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to optimize campaign elements for maximum effectiveness.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Talent Management:
    • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive campaign team.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
    • Identify talent gaps and collaborate with HR to develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the campaign team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with accounts, project managers, media and creative teams to align campaign objectives with overall business strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate messaging and positioning of campaign-related products and services.
    • Act as a technical advisor on campaign-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical advertising, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, technologies, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with campaign automation tools (e.g., Sizmek, Flashtalking, Jivox, Google Studio, etc) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on attention to detail and organization.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving results and achieving business objectives.


Location:

This position is based in Porto Alegre/São Paulo, with the model of hybrid work. It’s necessary availability to attend presencial meetings.
