Lead Carpenter

Duties Include: • Create and maintain production schedules. • Perform and manage all aspects of construction. • Create material lists and procure. • Hands on work from framing through finish carpentry. • Ability to read plans and work productively as a member of our team. • Communicate closely with clients and office personnel. Skills needed: • 4+ years carpentry experience and knowledgeable in various residential construction practices. • Able to perform tasks without supervision. • Able to work in team atmosphere. • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Must be punctual. Physical Demands Required to Perform Job Functions: • Walk or stand for long periods of time. • Balancing on uneven surfaces. • Lift & carry up to 75 pounds. • High level of endurance, energy, and strength. • Comfortable working in all weather conditions and environments. • Pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling. • Repetitive motions. Other Requirements: • Valid Driver's License • Reliable transportation – truck preferred • Valid vehicle insurance in your name • Own necessary tools related to remodeling (hand tools, skill saw, sawzall, chop saw, jigsaw, compressor, nail guns, etc) Pay determined by skills and experience. Drug and alcohol free work environment.
