Qualifications • Minimum 5–7 years of commercial carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. • Proven ability to work across multiple construction disciplines. • Comfortable performing demolition, general construction labor, and other non-carpentry tasks. • Strong understanding of all phases of commercial construction and sequencing of trades. • Ability to read and interpret construction documents. • Proficient in the safe use of power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment. • Demonstrated ability to manage small projects independently. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work at heights or in varying weather conditions. • Prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling as required for carpentry, demolition, and other construction tasks.
