Lead Carpenter

Minimum 5 years as a lead carpenter Manage a small crew Cut and stack a roof Reads plans and follow instructions Complete layouts for frame and hardware Understanding O.C. for joists, rafter installation Identify shear walls and nailing patterns Make list of materials needed and lumber takeoffs for small jobs Understand construction terminology Works neatly and efficiently Task oriented and sets goals Keeps a clean safe work site Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: Multiple locations
