Lead Carpenter/Superintendent

We are a fun performing Construction Company that specializes in residential remodeling and home renovations. We work anywhere between Seattle to Issaquah, Renton to Kirkland and our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 7am to 530pm. Fridays/ Saturdays/ Sundays off. Depending on the job, if we can get away with it, we work 4 ten-hour shifts. If project does not allow, then we work M-F. We offer competitive starting wages for new hires @ $30-$50 per hr DOE, tool selections, work vehicle and work history. 1-week paid vacation after 1st year. 2-week paid vacation after 2nd year. Health benefits offered after 90 days. Options for a company vehicle w/ paid fuel. Experience in General Manager/ Superintendent is highly desired. Carpenters who just want to work without being a lead are also desired. All candidates must be: - Team players with a good work ethic - Clean adults, with good personal hygiene - Well mannered, and exhibit professional behavior at all times - Dependable - Defensive drivers with clean driving records - Desiring long-term year-round employment - Experienced with 5 years or more working as a carpenter - Be able to work unsupervised, solve construction problems and think outside the box. - Must be experienced in most or all phases and aspects of remodeling including kitchen and bath, framing, sheetrock, finish carpentry, flooring, windows, siding, decks, roofing and painting. - Able to send and receive email, texts and photos through a smart phone efficiently or be willing and able to learn to do so quickly. - Able to use a navigation app on a smartphone or navigation device. Candidates who excel in the following are preferred: - Framing, Deck builds, Door install, cabinegt install, crown and trim, windows, siding, painting and Tile. - Candidates who have their own personal tools and clean reliable transportation.
