As the Change Management Lead, you'll design and execute change management strategies to support the success of critical HR projects. Your contributions will enable our teams to drive the organization forward. You'll have the opportunity to both think strategically and to dig into the details. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Apply structured methodology to lead change activities, from planning through to adoption, by identifying risks and points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Partner with HR PMO, Learning and Development (L&D), Communications and Operations teams to develop training materials, create plans and schedules, and implement process improvements
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training for leaders and frontline employees
- Participate in the development and advancement of best practice materials, templates, and workshops
- Plan and assist with the execution and sustainment of transformation events and projects
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 4 years of experience leading change initiatives
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
It'd be great if you also have:
- Experience facilitating training, both in-person and virtually
- Strong project management and analytical skills with a track record of proactively identifying potential issues and formulating solutions and contingency plans
- Service center or LTL freight management experience
- Self-motivated work style; able to set priorities and work independently
- Results-driven focus with the ability to analyze, prioritize and act in accordance with ethics and values to achieve desired results
- Experience understanding/determining financial impacts of decisions and effectively communicating value propositions
