Job Title: Lead Channel Partner (3-5 years experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and VARs (Value-Added Resellers), to expand our partner network.
- Establish strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to maximize their sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align channel partner activities with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth.
- Monitor and analyze channel partner's performance metrics, such as sales targets, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution, to track progress and measure success.
- Ensure compliance with partner agreements, policies, and procedures to maintain strong partner relationships and protect company interests.
- Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams to address partner inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication.
- Candidate must have SAAS experience and work in such an environment.
