Lead Citrix Engineer (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

We are looking for our next Lead Citrix Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a business-minded, technically oriented leader who has the energy, edge, and execution capability to drive our technology transformation. Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of recent lead and hands-on experience in Citrix Supporting large financial institution
• Extensive hands-on experience with Citrix products such as Xenapp
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Financial Industry experience is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows operation system performance tuning techniques, tools, and processes
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in using tools to optimize Citrix performance
• Knowledge of a scripting language like powershell, perl or pythion or other programming languages for data analysis and processing is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, like AWS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Primary Skills:
• Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix products such as XenApp, Xendesktop & Netscaler. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.
• Strong understanding on Citrix Storefront.
• Strong understanding of Zones & load balancing
• Expert on multiple versions of Citrix products and strong experience of Citrix NetScaler
• Strong knowledge on Powershell and need to write/run the scripts on demand.
• Windows Active Directory Administration
• Citrix VDI implementation with MCS/PVS/AppLayering.
• Support Client applications installed on Citrix
• Must Have Skills:
• 10 Years' relevant experience in below Citrix Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills, Time Management
• Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration
• Strong knowledge in Citrix Edge Sight and Citrix Director, need to create/run reports on demand
• Strong knowledge on PowerShell and need to write/run the scripts on demand
• Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager's thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration
• Experience on managing Citrix farm on VmWare will be added advantage
• Printers Management in Citrix
• Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration
• VDI knowledge on any cloud platform (AWS/Azure).
