Job Description

Job Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality FPA and Wafers are delivered to meet production schedules. You will lead a team of Technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently manage WIP and drive continuous improvement with legacy and R&D processes.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coach Technicians, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of labor and tool utilization.
• Enforce and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Inspect and disposition nonconforming product in collaboration with Engineering.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Adapt to a changing environment to meet production deadlines.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to work in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom.
• Familiarity with 6S, KT, and Continuous Improvement Principles.

• Proficient with: PowerBi, MS Office, MES software.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• SKILL: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
• EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience in a Team Lead/ Supervisor Role in a Cleanroom Environment.

Salary Range:

$49,830.00-$66,550.000
