This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Senior Client Success Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and strategically guiding them towards achieving their business goals. You will lead a dedicated team to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention while maximizing the value they receive. Accountabilities

  • Own the Net Retention Rate (NRR) and Gross Retention Rate (GRR), developing early warning systems for account risks.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships within the HubSpot partner ecosystem, leveraging resources for client success.
  • Design frameworks that reimagine Account Managers as strategic partners embedded in client roadmaps.
  • Analyze client lifecycles for relationship growth opportunities and risk mitigation.
  • Standardize and oversee quarterly business reviews translating technical milestones into business ROI.
  • Lead the 'Expansion' efforts in Net Revenue Retention, coaching teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure appropriate commercial governance to prevent scope creep while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in enhancing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
  • Experience in evolving client relationships toward strategic partnerships, focusing on Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Executive presence to serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing KPIs that promote proactive account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions including PMO, Strategy, and Delivery.
  • Advanced conflict resolution and mediation skills to navigate complex client challenges.
  • History of leading Account Management teams with a focus on delivering business value.
